Susan received her broker’s license in 1999 and holds her bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations with a concentration in Marketing. Susan has a broad and diverse level of experience having held the positions of Business Development Representative for the City of Portland, Executive Director of the Penobscot Bay Chamber of Commerce, Regional Director of Marketing at Ocean Properties and the founder of two small businesses; Fixtures Maine, LLC and A.M. Properties. Susan most recently held the position as Certified Business Advisor for the Maine Small Business Development Center.

Throughout her career, Susan has maintained a constant in business and real estate. In addition to her professional roles in economic development, marketing and design she built a small real estate partnership; redeveloping, renting and selling more than 21 properties in Portland, Florida and the Mid-Coast.
